30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class return(s) policy. New, unused item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, and before return, please make sure the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Return Conditions:
For items with no quality issue, please understand that we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address. A return address will be assigned to you through email.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days.
Trackable Packages Inquiry Period
